This agreement governs your use of the jilipark platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
18+ Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use jilipark. Age verification is mandatory. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals are permanently closed and all funds are returned to source.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold exactly one jilipark account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, device, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account termination.
Fair Play Obligation
All players are required to engage with jilipark games and betting markets in good faith. Any form of cheating, collusion, use of software exploits, or manipulation of systems is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Account Security Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilipark login credentials. jilipark will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Report any suspected unauthorized access to your account immediately.
Player Funds Protection
Funds deposited into your jilipark account are held separately from the Company's operational funds. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer — subject to verification.
Terms Subject to Change

General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jilipark (the "Platform", "Company", "we", "us") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses or uses the jilipark website, mobile application, or any associated service. By accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
jilipark operates as an online casino and sports betting platform targeting players located in Bangladesh. The Platform is available in English and provides access to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and other gaming products supplied by third-party game providers.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the jilipark Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and the Company. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.
The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, except in cases of material changes which will be communicated to affected players. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
To be eligible to register and maintain an account with jilipark, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
- You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party.
- You have not previously had an account terminated by jilipark for breach of these Terms.
- You are not listed on any self-exclusion register that jilipark is required to honour.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of jilipark or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
jilipark reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe requested by jilipark will result in account suspension pending verification or permanent closure.
The Company employs automated and manual monitoring systems designed to detect potential underage access. Any account identified as potentially belonging to a minor will be suspended immediately and subjected to enhanced verification procedures.
Account Registration
To access the full range of services offered by jilipark, you are required to create a registered account. During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) account on jilipark. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether opened intentionally or inadvertently — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, jilipark reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and withhold winnings generated through the use of duplicate accounts pending investigation.
You are required to keep your registration details up to date. If your contact information, payment method, or any other registered detail changes, you must update your account profile promptly. jilipark accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: jilipark operates a KYC verification programme consistent with best practices in the online gaming industry. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your account is fully verified and eligible for withdrawals:
- Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days)
- Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your name)
Until KYC verification is completed, jilipark reserves the right to place restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, and bonus eligibility. KYC verification is a one-time process for most players, though the Company reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time where there is a legitimate reason to do so.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcode (OTP) with any third party. jilipark will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to protect your login credentials adequately.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits to your jilipark account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your jilipark account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the payment network. Deposits via Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in your account balance. jilipark accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Within 30 minutes to 4 hours of approval
- Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days
- Bank Transfer: 1–5 business days depending on the receiving bank
jilipark reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above ৳50,000. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the Player.
Currency: All transactions on jilipark are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The Company does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion charges applied by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.
Anti-Money Laundering: jilipark maintains strict AML compliance procedures. The Platform monitors all transactions for signs of suspicious activity. Any account identified as potentially being used for money laundering, structuring, or other financial crimes will be reported to the appropriate authorities and all funds will be frozen pending investigation.
Bonuses & Promotions
From time to time, jilipark may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The availability, value, and terms of these promotions may vary and are subject to change without notice.
Welcome Bonus: New players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The specific bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, and wagering requirements applicable to the welcome bonus are set out in the current Welcome Bonus Terms available on the Promotions page. jilipark reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time.
Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses issued by jilipark are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time limit specified for each promotion.
Bonus Abuse: jilipark actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing opposing bets to reduce wagering risk, using software to exploit promotional mechanics, or any other behaviour deemed by the Company to constitute abuse of its promotional system. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and related winnings voided.
Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly, or used to satisfy minimum withdrawal thresholds unless wagering requirements have been fully met.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilipark platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:
- Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register an account in violation of these Terms
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point thereafter
- Using automated bots, scripts, software, or other technical means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain — any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown software error are void
- Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino table games, or any other multiplayer format
- Attempting to launder money or use jilipark for any purpose connected with financial crime
- Engaging in arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of pricing errors in betting markets
- Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's underlying software or infrastructure
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour toward jilipark staff or other players
- Using the Platform for any commercial or business purpose not expressly authorised in writing by jilipark
- Allowing any other person to use your account to place bets or make transactions
jilipark uses a combination of automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. The Company reserves the right to investigate any account at any time and to take whatever action it deems appropriate, up to and including permanent account closure and legal action.
Account Closure
Voluntary Closure by the Player: You may request to close your jilipark account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, jilipark will process any remaining eligible balance (subject to wagering requirements and KYC verification) and close the account within five (5) business days.
Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — should inform the support team of this reason. Such accounts will be closed immediately and will not be eligible for reopening requests during any self-exclusion period in effect. Closure by jilipark: The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider
- Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳200, or closure at the Company's discretion
- Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction
In cases where an account is closed by jilipark due to a breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where funds are ultimately determined to be legitimately owed to the Player and not connected with the breach, they will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.
Limitation of Liability
jilipark provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company takes all reasonable steps to ensure the Platform operates continuously and without error, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilipark expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not guarantee any specific outcome from the use of its Platform, including the outcome of any bet, game, or transaction.
Force Majeure: jilipark shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, or power failures.
Third-Party Game Providers: The casino games and sports data available on jilipark are supplied by independent third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. jilipark accepts no liability for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions originating from third-party game software or data feeds. In the event of a manifest error in a game result or odds calculation, jilipark reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players.
In no event shall jilipark's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their jilipark account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
